The staff were pleasant and accommodating, and my room was squeaky clean, right down to the bedding. The bed was very comfortable too. A refrigerator was cleverly tucked into the nightstand and came stocked with complimentary snacks and drinks. This little boutique hotel was a lovely find and came close to having everything I want when traveling. There's no microwave or coffeemaker, so you can't settle in for a leisurely morning in the room. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are available any time in the lobby instead. The mid-town location is terrific, with many points of interest within walking distance. I'll make this gem my go-to on future visits.

The location at the Blue Angel Hotel NYC made exploring New York easy and enjoyable. The rooms and service were good too, but the location was the real highlight. Absolutely loved my stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The room was a little small and worn, but clean, and the service was very good. There isn't a hotel parking garage, though there's one about 200 ft away. Several nice restaurants and eateries are close by.

For our quick Christmas-time getaway, the Blue Angel was just what we needed. My husband and I spent 2 days/1 night in NYC and wanted to be near Rockefeller Plaza for the festive sights. The hotel was small and quaint, with a clean room, a quiet setting, and a comfortable bed. It was the perfect spot for us.

The rooms are on the smaller, more European side, which has its own charm for Europeans. There's no breakfast, but that wasn't an issue since there are great places to walk all around the hotel. The minibar snacks and drinks were free and replenished every day, handy when exploring New York. The location is good, and the staff are very friendly.
