We booked for December back in early August, and today the host cancelled with no explanation or apology. Now we have to pay a lot more to find somewhere for Christmas. Completely unacceptable. I wouldn't book with them again.

There were seven of us, and we had plenty of room in this clean apartment. It’s in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of Central Park, and the owner responds quickly. A place I’d keep in mind in the Big Apple.

We booked well ahead, and now our reservation has been cancelled with no explanation. Absolutely outrageous. We have to find somewhere else at exorbitant prices. 👎
