I went to a friend's engagement party here last week, and the space made the celebration feel special. The interior has a refined look, with warm lighting, elegant decor, and thoughtful details throughout. It's polished without feeling like too much, from the layout to the finishing touches. The bar area was especially lovely, and the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive. Their service helped everything go smoothly. I'd consider coming back for a birthday or another meaningful occasion.

The atmosphere was just right for a fun night out with friends in the heart of Meat Packing, with great music and delicious cocktails. Faena Living Room absolutely gets five stars from me. I loved the art deco feel, and the service was top notch. Big thanks to Alyssia and Mikey for their wonderful hospitality. They really made our night. Can't wait to return!

We felt welcomed and looked after from arrival through the rest of our stay. Every staff member we met was friendly, warm, and attentive, and that made everything feel easy and special. I stayed recently in one of Faena Hotel NYC's one-bedroom suites. It was roomy, elegant, and thoughtfully designed, with beautiful details and a comfortable, welcoming feel. It felt luxurious without being overdone. A lovely choice for a celebratory getaway, and I'd absolutely come back.

At the restaurant, ask for Michelle's section. She's the lead waitress at La Boca, and her great service might leave you with a new loyal friend. Service throughout the hotel was impeccable, too. Everyone was dressed impeccably, polite, helpful, timely, and kind, always with a smile.

Raul made a thoughtful gesture on my way out, wishing me a happy international woman's day and making sure I had a bottle of water for the airport. Those small touches really lift the experience. The welcome and send-off were much appreciated, and both the front desk and the wait staff in the living room gave impeccable service. The staff are absolutely amazing.
