Four Points by Sheraton Flushing

Hi, I stayed at your hotel in Flushing, NY a few weeks ago and had a great experience. The place was beautiful and the customer service was excellent. Could you tell me the name or brand of the scent in the lobby and elevators? It smelled amazing and really stood out. I know Marriott sells some of its own scents, so I wondered if it's one of those. Thanks!

We were four people staying at Four Points Flushing for four days. It's a nice option in Flushing, with a new hotel, a pleasant lobby, fitness center, small pool, and restaurant downstairs. Our room was nicely appointed. Breakfast wasn't included, but complimentary coffee and tea were available. It's about 10 minutes from LGA and a block from Northern Blvd / downtown Flushing. They offer valet parking, though we found street parking around the hotel.

Nichole at the front desk was amazing and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Our stay was great, the rooms were clean, and the showers were hot.

I had to sleep in the lobby the night before my college graduation, a once-in-a-lifetime milestone, because my room was unbearably loud. I was above a conference or banquet room, and when I went down to check, my watch measured 108 decibels, jackhammer level. The noise went on until 11 p.m. The hotel was sold out, so I couldn't move rooms. The staff were extraordinarily helpful, and the location was phenomenal, but they couldn't shut it down. I paid over $350 a night, and the tables were shaking. Leadership shouldn't rent out rooms like that to guests. I've slept better in $10 hostels. I wouldn't stay at any Sheraton with leadership making decisions like this, and I'll avoid this hotel and tell everyone I know in or traveling through NYC to do the same.
