There are roaches, awful smells, broken doors, and other people's things left in the room. Room service is terrible, and maids barge in without permission or even force you to let them clean when you don't want them to. They took away the wifi, even though other kids might need it for studying. And the food is TERRIBLE. The only decent things they usually have are tenders, fries, and chicken patties. That's it. The security guards and people behind the desk have such an attitude. It feels like they don't want us there. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a hotel to stay overnight. This is the worst star rating I've given this year, and it's the most awful hotel I've ever stayed at.

It's a shelter for homeless people, and everyone there has an absolutely disgusting attitude!!!!!!

Fallon was really kind and helpful, and the room was brighter and roomier than I expected. The place is only a couple of months old, so it still feels new and was nice and clean. I stayed two days and had a good visit. Parking was the one hassle, and I might have had to leave the car behind the dumpsters at the back.

The lobby looks beautiful, but that doesn't help when you're paying for a room. There wasn't an ice machine or even ice buckets, and I had to wait until the next day to get extra towels. They were rough, too. There's a coffee maker but nothing to put in it. You have to drive to any store, and the only parking is by the dumpsters behind the building. Don't spend what they're asking.
