Imperial Stay BnB

Fran, the owner, was friendly and helpful with our questions and made sure we were comfortable. The place was a cute, cozy little cove, super clean, and it exceeded what we'd expected. Breakfast had a good selection of starters, with coffee, juice, milk options, fruit, and pastries. There seemed to be a full house over our New Year's trip to New York, but it didn't cause problems. Guests were considerate about sharing the kitchen and bathrooms, which turned out to be easy. My wife is a clean freak and gives it her approval. She says we'd visit again in a heartbeat. We'd spent years hearing her insist we take this trip, and our search for an affordable, clean, comfortable stay brought us to Imperial Stay B&B.

Such a great experience! We were there for two nights and three days, and the shared bathrooms caused no trouble at all. They were stocked with anything you might need. The service and communication were impeccable.

Brooklyn can be tough when you’re looking for somewhere affordable that still feels clean, and Imperial Stay worked out really well. My room was nicely decorated, had everything I needed, and the bathroom was kept in great shape. Fran was a thoughtful host, and breakfast was fantastic. I’d come back next time I’m in the city, and I’m glad to support a small business.

Prospect park is close by, and we liked the neighborhood, with its shops, restaurants and bars. The metro nearby goes straight to Times Square in around 30-40 minutes. My husband and I stayed for 10 days and had a very good time. The bedroom and bathrooms had everything we needed, and Fran kindly handled all our requests. I’d recommend the area if you want to see Brooklyn too. Thanks for everything, Fran.
