Our band was stranded in New York, and the situation felt stressful before we even settled in. Assistant Manager Jessica took care of the things we were struggling to handle and made sure we were comfortable at the hotel. I’d never had customer service this good. Jessica, thank you for being so kind and professional. We noticed how much you did for us and really appreciate it.

The sushi bar and full lounge were a really nice surprise. We could unwind in the evening without going anywhere, and the staff made the whole visit feel special. Check-in was easy, and the breakfast attendant kept the area clean and stocked while greeting people with a smile. Everyone I met was friendly and happy to help. The hotel is beautifully designed inside and out, and it was spotless from the lobby to the breakfast space. Please pass along my thanks for the hospitality. LOVE THIS PLACE LITERALLY 🔥 🔥 🔥

After my flight was canceled, that soft bed was exactly what I needed. The room was clean, the balcony was lovely, and the shower got nice and hot. It’s about half an hour from the airport, which worked well for me. I liked the art deco look, too. The breakfast buffet was nothing special, but then, what hotel breakfast is? I had a comfortable, pleasant stay.

I never had to worry that something would fall through, because Erin Denicola and the hotel staff stayed on top of everything. Erin was a pleasure to work with, responded quickly, handled all three parts of our plans, and upgraded our room to a suite, which we really appreciated. The valet even put our car top roof carrier on the car while our hands were full. We first booked rooms with the Inn at Great Neck for my son's wedding in Lake Success. The staff were easy to work with, quick to answer reservation questions, and everyone remarked on how nice the hotel was. Organizing a brunch was just as straightforward, and it was delicious and nicely presented. At the last minute, we added a cocktail party in the bar area. Erin arranged three beautiful platters, and I gave each guest a bracelet. The bar staff were wonderful, too.

My husband's surprise birthday party came together beautifully, and the guests had a wonderful time. Several people told me they enjoyed the food and the space. Erin DeNicola handled the planning with such care, from our first meeting through the last detail, that the celebration felt seamless and joyous. I couldn't have pulled off such a memorable event without her. A sincere, huge thank you to Erin for all her help. Consider the Great Neck Inn for your next event.
