Inn New York City

The staff were helpful, and the suite had delicious gourmet food and snacks waiting for us. Staying on an entire floor of a beautiful brownstone made for a perfect New York City experience. We had a wonderful time in the Library Suite and are looking forward to coming back.

The Library Suite was warm, rich and beautiful, with everything we might need. I usually pack as if I’m bringing the kitchen sink, but here there was no need. The queen bedroom, bathroom and large kitchen were all well equipped, and there was even a dining table already set. We didn’t cook a gourmet three-course meal, but it was nice to have the option. In the living room, bookshelves packed with books and magazines framed a handsome fireplace. With all the snow, we got to enjoy a roaring fire. The antique librarian’s ladder made the suite’s name obvious. The staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to greet us after outings with little treats, from croissants and muffins to bagged snacks. The location was great too, within walking distance of Lincoln Center and the Museum of Natural History. The subway was less than 2 blocks away and could get us to Times Square in under 5 minutes. I visited Inn NYC for a staycation on a friend’s recommendation, and I’m already looking forward to another one.

We were in the ground-floor Opera suite and had everything we could ask for. Food and drinks were provided each day, and they did our laundry daily. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the conveniences we needed. We’d definitely return and recommend it to people we know.

The WiFi was poor, but for anyone who prefers a home-like place to a hotel, everything else was quite magnificent.
