The room was a bit bigger than others I’ve had in the Chelsea area, and the fridge came stocked with complimentary water, soda and more. Even the lobby had a lovely scent that wasn’t too strong. The front desk staff were extremely nice and offered complimentary champagne. I’d absolutely stay again.

The staff made my family feel welcome, and the guest service standards were high. Felipe and Carla from The Wilson restaurant gave me a tour and were wonderful with their service. Tiffany at the front desk was sweet and inviting. We had a pleasant visit, truly loved it here, and will definitely come back.

The room was spacious, had lots of storage, and the free drinks in the fridge were a nice extra. I liked the music playing around the hotel, and it was decorated nicely for the holiday and smelled incredible. The subway is only a few blocks away in either direction. I was alone, so the shower stall being visible from the rest of the room didn’t bother me, but it might be an issue for families. The attached restaurant was cozy but only okay. Dessert service wasn’t great, and I was charged twice, though the staff were very helpful and sorted that out as well as a check-in issue.

The peaceful, elegant feel made our stay especially relaxing. We felt looked after from start to finish, and the staff were both warm and professional. The rooms were comfortable, everything was clean, and the facilities were high quality. The location worked perfectly for us too. We had a wonderful time and would gladly return.

The hotel looks thoughtfully designed and is very well equipped, but getting a good night's rest was difficult. Noise came through the thin walls for hours in the middle of the night, including my neighbor speaking loudly in Chinese. Bright light from the hallway also slips in under the room door.
