The room wasn’t good, and the management staff need to do a better job with maintenance. I booked through Delta Stays. Room #4 had heavy dust on the ceiling fan and headboard. I have bad allergies and had to buy cleaning supplies to wipe it off. There was also a wide gap under the door, big enough for rodents to crawl through. The door sweep wasn’t long or strong enough, and I could clearly see into the hallway. I bought traps for peace of mind so nothing would come in while I slept. Thankfully, nothing came through.

It’s a nice, quiet place where you can relax on your own or with your lover, and it’s convenient to everything. Parking is the one problem, since it’s street parking and terrible. Apart from that, it’s a nice place and I can recommend it to friends and family.

The rooms were clean, and the metro nearby makes getting to Manhattan easy.

I found them to be fair and reasonable.
