The gym was a big bonus, and the kids loved the room. We booked last minute through Capital One Travel for a family weekend and enjoyed the clean, spacious room. It felt like our own large studio apartment in FiDi. Check-in was easy, communication happened by email, and staff were pretty responsive. The location was convenient too. We'd consider staying again on our next trip to NYC.

The kitchen is a big plus, and having a sofa and living room made the place feel like home instead of a hotel. It's a great furnished apartment for a longer stay in NY, whether for work or pleasure. The rooftop is nice for a drink at night, and the brand-new gym is easy to use. The lounge works well for getting work done or meeting friends.

The kitchen made this a really practical short-term place for my son while he waited for his sublet. He had a great stay, with a nice room, helpful amenities, and spot-on service. The location worked well, and there were no issues. I’d recommend it.

The staff were warm and helpful, and the kitchen had the essentials covered. I also appreciated the laundry in the building and the quiet, slightly luxurious feel, which was just what I needed in the city. The air in both the unit and building was excellent. Restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, malls, and GF options were all nearby. A perfect stay.

Our room had its own washer and dryer, which made the stay much more comfortable, and everything was clean and tidy. We were right in the Financial District, just a few steps from the subway, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. Brooklyn Bridge was about a seven-minute walk.
