I had flight trouble and checked in late, but the host was still kind, responsive, and even came by to show me around. The coffee and hot chocolate bar was a favorite. Everything inside and outside was spotless, and my room, sheets, and pillows were clean, unstained, and smelled lovely. The place was full of beautiful decor and tableware. Cameras in the living room, front door, and kitchen helped me feel secure. The area was quiet and clean, and I plan to book here again to set up shop. 😉

Nigel was a warm, generous host who gave us plenty of his time and attention. He checked in with us several times to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Our room was clean and comfortable, and he was genuinely friendly and accommodating to me and my cousin.

The bedroom was my favorite part, especially the very comfortable bed and spotless room. I loved the LED lights too. Latisha was there when I checked in, showed me around, and explained a few things about the house. Her place felt clean, safe, and cozy, like home. I was a little unsure before booking, but I'm glad I went with my instinct. I'll definitely book again and can't wait to try Latisha's other location.

The rooms were spotless and the staff were very accommodating. They let me bring my non-mammalian service animal, which is really rare. I usually ask that nobody clean the room because Fluffy can scare people who don't get close enough to read her service animal collar. She mostly hangs out in the bathtub when I'm away. We once had a bad experience in NY when a hotel called ENCON on me. I know not many people are familiar with the law, but American alligators really do make the best service animals.

The home looks lovely, but my experience trying to book left me unimpressed with the customer service and pricing. I was looking for a bed for one night before a show, and when I couldn't work out how to book through the site, Latisha's only reply was, “Then book.” I later figured out that you have to click the photo marked “whole house,” then the proper booking icon appears. At checkout, the total came to $220 for a bed shown at $80 a night. I asked why and got no answer. If clear pricing and good service matter to you, I'd look elsewhere. I would add a screenshot in response to her reply below, but that conversation is long gone 😂
