Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square

The Millennium Hotel Broadway is right in the middle of Times Square, with a roomy, nicely furnished room and a comfortable bed. Staff, especially Erin, got us checked in efficiently, though there's no lobby to sit around in. There isn't a bar or restaurant in the hotel, but plenty of choices are an easy walk away. Our room had no fridge or coffee maker, which didn't bother us since we weren't planning to spend much time there. Starbucks is right outside the 45th St entrance. The bellmen and concierge were helpful with taxis and food suggestions. We'll come back next time we're in NYC.

We've been coming here for vacation getaways and overnight event stays since our first visit in 2025, and the welcoming staff keep us coming back. The rooms are consistently clean, inviting, and fully functional. This time we were offered an upgrade at a great price when checking in. Jenny helped us make the change and welcomed us back, thank you! The spot is convenient, just minutes from restaurants, event venues, and the train station. We highly recommend it if you're staying in the area, and look forward to coming back for many more occasions. Our experience here is hard to match.

The best part is the location, right in the center of Time Square, with a great view from the room. The bed was comfortable and the price felt decent for NYC, so we managed to enjoy the view and stay comfortably. But the rooms are just okay, and the service is minimal. Don't expect concerns to be addressed. The bathroom door lock didn't work, and the in-room coffee machine was broken. I asked the front desk every day to fix it, but nothing was done. I'd stay here for the prime location and the nighttime Times Square atmosphere, as long as I could overlook the other issues.

The location is excellent, and the staff seemed nice, though we barely interacted. Check-in came with no information or tips about the hotel, and there's no real reception area, just a hall. The room was okay, but there's nothing special about the hotel or its amenities. I paid about $850 for four nights in January. I wouldn't pay more, and it seems much pricier at other times. I might stay again for the location alone. There were small issues I didn't have time to report. The heat kept making the room hotter even after it reached the set temperature, so I shut it off and opened the windows, which brought in a lot of noise. The walls seemed thin: every morning the room next door had up to 10 alarms going off, and I could hear them. The bathroom has no ventilation, and humidity is damaging it. The ice machine on the 29th floor didn't work during my stay; I mentioned it to a cleaning staff member. I chose not to bring up the other problems because I didn't want to waste travel time in discussions, and reviews I'd read said staff and managers weren't helpful.
