Bayview Inn Motel - Adults Only

There’s no food or water here, just ice, and the place is disgusting and smells bad. You have no privacy since they come into your unit whenever they want. There’s no microwave, fridge, or stove, and you can’t even bring a heating pad for pain because they say it’s a fire hazard. It feels like jail. I’m pregnant, and they don’t care. My husband has to buy breakfast, lunch, and dinner for us every day. It’s in the middle of nowhere, and this is the worst place. If you get placed here, fight it.

I came for the mermaid parade and found it easy to get wherever I needed to go. The location is a plus. This is a no-frills motel, but it was clean, comfortable, and fairly quiet, and I enjoyed my stay. I wish there were coffee anywhere on the property. There are a few places with good coffee just a short walk away.

At least they have parking, so I gave them one star. The room had a wobbly table, no clock or night-light, and no facial tissues. There wasn’t any hand soap or washcloths, and the two towels were tiny. To wash your hands, you have to go to the shower and use the soap in the wall dispenser. I’m not sure why this place is open.

I love how much better it looks after the renovation from the old Lytehouse to Bayview. If Mr lyte still owns it, this is how it looks now to an old client. Beautiful.
