New York LaGuardia Airport Marriott

I’ve stayed at this property before and find it comfortable and conveniently located. I’d recommend it for future trips. I also want to thank the Marriott team for helping fix a reservation mistake I made myself. Roxy was patient, caring, attentive, and incredibly helpful while sorting it out. Her kindness and professionalism made all the difference. People who work hard and truly care about helping others make hospitality feel personal, and she showed exactly that. I appreciate the help and the positive experience.

We got in late at night and check-in was quick. The room was clean and suited our family well, and it was nice that the TV let us sign in to our streaming services. The pillows were terrible, though, with no support even when we stacked two. Guest Services also took quite a while to bring the extra shower towels we asked for. The hotel shuttle to the airport runs every 15 minutes. Coming from the airport, we took the Q70 bus to the next subway stop and rode into Manhattan. To get picked up at the airport, you need to call the hotel. The hotel is 0.7 miles away, about a 3 minute drive, but sometimes the shuttle came quickly and sometimes we waited 15 minutes. I’d stay again and hope the pillows improve by then.

The rooms felt a little old but were comfortable, and the location is very convenient if you need to be near the airport. Staff were great, friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make the stay nicer, including helping me save money. I’d recommend it for your first or last night in New York.

I usually don’t expect much from airport hotels, but this one was great. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and there was a huge modern lobby with a great restaurant open until midnight. The fitness center was great too. It’s right across the road from the airport, and the free shuttle came quickly. My only complaint is that overnight parking is expensive.
