The concierge was friendly, and the AC worked well. The unit was reasonably clean, but it didn’t live up to the advertised luxury. Noise and smells came through from neighboring apartments, and the hallways were overwhelming. The location was fairly convenient, though I’d choose a hotel next time. The small fitness room had no AC and dated equipment. The elevators were slow and sometimes out of service for repairs.

The service was really good, and there’s parking that costs less than some other options in New York. The rooms were nice and clean, too. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the Empire State Building and 20 minutes from Times Square. A good choice if you want to stay in Manhattan without spending too much.

The mattress was good, and the staff were excellent. The location is great, but the building feels tatty despite a fresh coat of paint. It’s showing its age in the plumbing, heating, and soundproofing.

The lobby staff were kind and helpful, and our apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It’s a great spot in the middle of the Big Apple for exploring the city.

We had a lovely stay, my wife and I. The room had everything we needed, including a refrigerator, gas stove, and coffee. The rates were reasonable, especially for a weekly or monthly rental.
