The location is a plus, with good restaurants nearby and the airport close. Beyond that, I wouldn’t rate this place highly. The carpet looked like it hadn’t had a deep clean in ages, and the room constantly smelled of sewage. Over my four-day stay I got one warm shower. The others were cold or just a little less cold. The TV never worked, only showing what looked like a frozen screen. There were three of us, and although we got three key cards at check-in, only one or two would work at once. We had to visit the front desk every evening to get cards reactivated. The staff didn’t seem happy to help and often came across as disrespectful, though we were frustrated too. The advertised “continental breakfast” was one of the dirtiest and worst I’ve seen: two cereals, milk at room temperature, powdered orange juice, ham, stale pastries, a very dirty waffle station, and chili oil they called their “Chinese specialty.” They offered early check-in in exchange for a five-star review. At first that sounded like a good deal, but it felt like bribery afterward. It made me wonder how they get their good ratings, because this experience didn’t deserve five stars.

I checked out of The Parc Hotel Flushing on February 11, 2026, and still haven’t received my $200 security deposit. I’ve already sent an email asking the front desk manager to review my reservation and return it, and to let me know if they need anything else. I never got a reply, so I’m posting the same request here. Please handle the refund and confirm.

Shen at reception deserves a special thank you. He made check-in easy and welcoming, and even helped us find a great parking spot. The whole stay at The Parc Hotel was comfortable and pleasant. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would gladly come back. Wonderful service.

Jared at the front desk is the reason our first stay at the Parc Hotel was memorable. He helped my boyfriend with everything we needed and made the experience feel special. Without his help, the hotel would have been just okay. Jared, if you read this, thank you! My boyfriend and I were there for a little staycation. The location was convenient for restaurants, shopping, and public transport, and our room on the 11th floor had an incredible city view.

The room never felt clean, even after it looked like it had been cleaned, and the bed was itchy. The doors wouldn’t close properly, and they didn’t refill the shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Their so-called continental breakfast was so depressing, basic, and disgusting that I ate breakfast outside the hotel every day. The worst hotel stay I’ve had. Run before booking!
