It's handy for Riverside Park, plenty of places to eat, and the subway is about a five-minute walk away. But I wouldn't say the hotel is worth the price. My room was tiny, and pigeons outside the window kept me awake with all their noise. The bathroom looked renovated, but bugs kept appearing, from tiny ones to medium-sized ones, even after cleaning and vacuuming. The shared floor kitchen was disgusting and looked like nobody cleaned it. College students live here as housing, and their college or university should find them somewhere better.
