The hotel’s best feature was the friendly, proactive service. Nothing we asked seemed like too much, and Jorge and Enzo at the front desk deserve a special mention. Housekeeping was good too. Our Deluxe room had a comfortable king bed and all the equipment we needed, and I really appreciated the free minibar after a long day walking. Breakfast was the one drawback. There wasn’t a proper service, though they put out coffee, croissants, and bagels on a first come, first served basis. With so many people arriving too early, even before 7AM, it was hard for us to get any. It didn’t bother us too much, since there are lots of quick breakfast options outside near the hotel.

The location is great, less than a 10 minute walk to Times Square. We had a hiccup the first night, but after upgrading our room the team pulled together to make sure everything else was satisfactory. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, with cleanliness up to a good standard. Staff are attentive and genuinely friendly once you get to know them. I enjoyed chatting with several of them, including Emiliana at the front desk and Carla from housekeeping. I’d definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff, especially Camilla and Ralph, were brilliant, and the hotel was handy for everything I wanted to see, including the Javitts Centre, a 15 minute walk away. After I mentioned in my check-in review that the tiny room I had on my first night lacked a desk, I was moved the next day to a more spacious deluxe room with one. The first night I had to perch on a tiny foot stall and use my laptop on the bed for a zoom call. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean, though I’m not sure all the USB sockets worked properly in either room. I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel felt very safe, and the customer service was incredible. My husband and I really vibed with Emily. She was so kind and worked around our schedule. I might even name my firstborn after her. 10/10, I’d stay here again.
