Kip and Sarah were attentive and so kind, and the historic character of this NYC home made the stay feel unlike a hotel. We really enjoyed our time here and would return without hesitation. It was easy to walk to the Financial District, Hudson River park and pier, Chinatown, Greenwich Village, Soho, and the great restaurants in Tribeca. Breakfast was tasty and just right to get the day started. Our only small quibble was that the walls weren't completely soundproof, though that seems understandable in an older building.
