After 20 years here, I can confidently say I’m very happy to call this place home. The rooftop is a highlight, with a beautiful panoramic city view and a great spot to relax and take in New York’s energy. The building is clean and well maintained, with a welcoming, safe atmosphere. It feels like residents are valued and management takes pride in creating a pleasant place to live. 800 Sixth Avenue is in a convenient, central area that works well for everyday life. Management is professional, responsive, and genuinely kind. Questions and requests get handled quickly and carefully. It’s a wonderful building, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and good service.

The apartments feel open and airy, with layouts that make room for living, working, and having people over without feeling cramped. There’s space for furniture and storage, whether you choose a smaller or larger unit, and the design makes good use of every square foot. The natural light is incredible. Big windows bring in sun throughout the day, show off the views, and make the rooms feel brighter, warmer, and more peaceful. Depending on which way your apartment faces, you get lovely open views to wake up to or come home to. The staff are truly the best. They go out of their way for residents and seem to care about making life comfortable. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, often the same day, and the work is reliable and professional. The leasing team is responsive and easy to communicate with, and they got the paperwork and move-in done in a single day without stress. The location also makes daily life convenient, with transportation, restaurants, and other needs close by. I’m a current resident, and this building has spacious apartments, great light and views, a handy location, and a staff that cares.

We’ve been here for a week and are really happy with the move. The apartments are spacious, the views are incredible, and the amenities are great. Everyone at 800 Sixth has been kind, helpful, and available, and the staff have gone above and beyond to make the transition comfortable and easy.

We absolutely love living here. 800 Sixth feels new and has all the amenities we need, including a gym, grill, terrace, rentable room, and rooftop. I’ve been here for five years, and the staff feel like family. They’re the best and always get things fixed ASAP.

Our apartment really feels like home since we were able to customize it to our liking. Wilson is an amazing super and is always easy to reach. Marcos is the world’s best front desk agent, and Marlon remembers details about you as well as where you live when bringing your packages. We’d sign a three-year lease if we could!
