The Twenty Two New York

The Twenty two is gorgeous, and the team took care of every need during my recent, outstanding stay. I also had lunch at Cafe Zaffri and especially liked the chicken fattoush salad. The dining room is stunning. Thanks to the whole team for making it memorable. I'll be back.

We spent four days at The Twenty Two between Christmas and New Year's Eve and had a wonderful stay. The king room was cozy and comfortable, and the service was excellent. We especially loved the bed and shower. They applied our Amex credits without any trouble. I only wish the hotel had coffee in the room or lobby.

The hotel itself is nice inside, and the doormen were attentive and kind. Even so, the experience was awful from beginning to end. For a place meant to be a 5* hotel, the service was the worst I've experienced. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Union Square is lively, and the location is one of the best parts of the stay. There’s a well-known bakery right next door, too. The rooms are small, maybe that's just NYC, but they’re furnished nicely, and the staff were polite, quick, and great to deal with. They even let us check in early in the morning. It’s pricey, though. For my business trip it worked, but otherwise I’d probably pass.
