The complimentary breakfast was a nice perk, and everyone on staff was welcoming and friendly. The comforter was a size too small for my bed, but the front desk fixed it the same day I mentioned it.

The room was quiet, and we liked the thermostat and heating system because they were quiet too. Housekeeping came by daily, which we appreciated. We loved the lemon sugar body wash, hand wash, and lotion from Not Soap, Radio so much that we ordered them for home, though the dispensers were hard to squeeze with my hand arthritis and weakness. The toilet paper holder was placed a long way from the seat, which seemed odd. Breakfast was great, with fresh fruit, yogurt, a pancake machine, sausage, bacon, eggs, and a range of creamers and non-dairy milks for tea and coffee. The hotel only has a microwave in the lobby, but there was a mini fridge in our room. Ice and water machines were in the basement where breakfast was served. They advertise hot coffee and water all day and night, but in the evenings the coffee wasn’t hot or refilled consistently. The hotel is close to the subway at 4th and President St and not far from picturesque Park Slope. A very nice stay.

The workers were so kind and willing to help whenever we needed something. The rooms were nice, cleaned every day, and neither the rooms nor bathrooms were dirty or “ghetto.” There’s a chill play room and breakfast in the morning, too. This was easily the nicest affordable hotel I’ve stayed at, and it was worth it, especially on a budget. I don’t think this review can fully explain how good the stay was. Thanks for making my New York trip amazing!

Amanda was so kind and wonderful, sharing tips on where to go and what to see around town. The hotel itself was beautiful and perfectly clean, with spacious rooms and delicious breakfast. We had an amazing two-night stay, and the free coffee available all day was a game changer. I loved it. Greetings from Poland, and I’ll definitely come back. Highly recommend it!
