voco Times Square South New York by IHG

After long days around the city, the clean, cozy hotel made it easy to relax. Getting around Manhattan was effortless, with Times Square, Koreatown, and Hudson Yards all close by. I had a great stay at voco and appreciated the service throughout, especially Salley at the front desk, who was professional, warm, and helpful whenever I needed something. Anatalia from housekeeping also did an excellent job keeping my room clean and comfortable each day. I really enjoyed my visit and would happily return on my next New York trip.

It’s about a six-minute walk from Penn Station, and the rooms are clean. At breakfast, Javier & Elena gave me lovely service and made it feel like home. Jay was kind and helpful at the bar too. Marina, the manager, handled an issue I had properly, with great customer service.

We all had a great time traveling with our five kids. The location was brilliant, the rooms were bigger than the average tiny NYC hotel room, and the staff were friendly. We were on a high floor and never had any trouble with the lifts. The kids especially loved helping themselves to popcorn and hot chocolate at the lobby station in the afternoons and evenings. The WiFi was great, and we were happy to get the free welcome cocktail.

The location was perfect, just around the corner from Times Square and less than a 10-minute walk to Penn Station. We found the service good, the room clean and nice, and there were two complimentary water bottles in it. The rooms are small because it’s New York City, so I don’t understand why people complain about the size. It is what it is. The free drink vouchers they gave us on arrival came in handy, and the drinks were actually really good. I’d definitely stay there again.
