Getting around was easy thanks to the location, and the price felt very reasonable for the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept. Everyone was welcoming, especially Jay, who went out of his way to help. I had a great stay at Wyndham Garden Brooklyn Sunset Park and would happily return.

The location worked for us because it was close to the concert venue, and we didn't have many other options. We skipped breakfast and walked to a diner nearby instead. The food there was decent. The front desk man was kind and pleasant, but the neighborhood felt rough, with trash on the streets, and my wife nearly got hit by a speeding car. It wasn't our kind of area. Our room was the smallest I've ever had in a hotel. The strong cleaning-product smell bothered both me and my wife, and the bed felt cheap. The bathroom had been updated somewhat, but it was tiny. The shower itself was nice and had good pressure. The lobby was also very small, with strange decor. We're used to much nicer hotels in Boston, and this place didn't come close to that standard. Just being honest, sorry.

Youcef and the rest of the staff kept us laughing and talking, and even spent more than five minutes trying to find salt for us. The rooms were very clean, though a little small. The water pressure was good and the temperature control could actually get the water warm. We stayed for a weekend and had the best hotel experience we've ever had. Can't say enough about the staff. I'd recommend this place to anyone after a clean hotel with great people.

We booked three rooms and ran into a thermostat problem in one. Edwin, the Front Desk Manager, sent maintenance over quickly, then arranged an upgrade to a better room and checked that its temperature controls worked. We really appreciated how he handled it. It's a small, cozy hotel in the heart of Brooklyn's Sunset Park. Bus and subway stops are close, and Uber is available, so getting around is easy. The rooms were clean, and there's a small restaurant and bar with an attentive attendant. The Front Desk Manager was effective and professional, and the whole staff stood out. We'll definitely stay again.
