The hotel was quiet, good value, and close to transit. As a group of women traveling together, we felt reasonably safe. I booked through Agoda and was pleased with the cleanliness, service, and location. When we asked about checking in before the scheduled 3 pm time, the woman at the desk said they could turn a room around quickly. We waited in the lobby and were able to get in at 1 pm, which we really appreciated. I'd recommend booking here. The breakfast is just okay, with muffins and bagels, so don't expect too much from the complimentary meal.

The staff made our October stay easy, even with a big group and young kids spread across several rooms. They explained everything and kept check-in moving, which took a lot of the stress out of arriving together. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, so we slept well. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance, and the subway is close too. I really enjoyed the stay and would recommend it.

We stayed four nights and won't be coming back. We asked for room cleaning and fresh towels, but neither happened. The room was mostly clean and okay otherwise, though the bathroom smelled strange and the shower curtain had holes. Breakfast was poor too, mostly frozen food and fruit that didn't seem fresh. The service wasn't worth what we paid.

The breakfast was disappointing, with moldy bagels, watered-down juice, sugary processed pastries, and only two kinds of fruit. There were also cockroaches near the gym and breakfast room. The so-called business center was just a desktop tucked under the stairs. Staff were rude to a guest's visitor waiting in the lobby, and some housekeeping and breakfast staff seemed to understand only Spanish and barely spoke English. In general, staff weren't consistently helpful or kind, housekeeping had issues, and the beds weren't great.
