A great stop just off 95, with really friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are huge, the beds very comfortable, and the desk and wardrobe looked almost new. There's a mini fridge and microwave, plus a very nice bathroom and shower. Breakfast was excellent, with sausage links, omelets, home fries, cinnamon rolls, breads, bagels, fresh fruit, and plenty more. Pool and gym are there too. Highly recommend.

I only took a short getaway because that's about all I could afford, and now the money I needed for groceries is tied up. At check-in I was charged for Friday and Saturday plus a $100 hold, then at 2 a.m. another two-night fee went through. I spoke to the clerk Saturday, but she couldn't explain the duplicate charge or fix it. She did release the $100 hold. Now it's Wednesday and the rest of my money is still held. Why am I being punished for a mistake that wasn't mine? Release my funds.

Breakfast was great, and we got plenty of towels quickly whenever we needed them. They even froze my ice packs so I could transport my insulin. Jenn, Steven, and Makenzie gave us great service. The only issues were the hot water running out and shower heads that need updating. We'll definitely stay again for our trip to Longwood gardens.

The recent renovations look great, and the service here was outstanding. Hannali handled a BOOKING problem with an outside agency very efficiently. She worked hard to get the refund sorted while making sure my wedding party still had somewhere to stay in an almost full hotel. I really appreciated it.

The whole place, breakfast area included, was very clean. The front desk associate was friendly, fun to chat with, and happy to help. One of the best Holiday Inn Express properties we've stayed at.
