Akari made a point of being kind and attentive when I checked in and out, and I appreciated his efficiency and eye for detail enough to mention him by name. The room was spotless, comfortable, and nicely designed, with thoughtful touches that made it feel homey. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to make sure things were right. The location was convenient and the amenities were great. The whole place felt welcoming and relaxing, and I'd absolutely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed the clean, comfortable room, friendly staff, and good breakfast selection. Still, the shower was a real hassle. With no door, heat escaped and water spread across the bathroom floor, so we bought a shower curtain and made our own enclosure. There were other signs of rushed work too: patchy paint, a loose bathroom shelf, a damaged showerhead mount, and gaps around the shower where water could get in. It's a shame, since the property has potential, but it needs to deal with these issues if it's going to age well.

We had a pipe burst at home and needed somewhere at the last minute. Chrissy was so helpful on the phone and found room for us. Thankfully the plumbing problem turned out to be manageable, so we fixed it and didn't end up staying. We'll come by another time for sure. It's great having such kind hotel staff in our community.

We had to come back for another hospital stay, and returned here because the women and the place are so wonderful. During our first visit, my mom and I stayed for several days to be near my dad while he was being cared for at Christiana Hospital. Cass and Tyisha at the front desk did everything they could to help, and Ms Tee was incredibly accommodating. The double-room unit was outstanding. We wouldn't stay anywhere else.
