The Setting Inn Willamette Valley

The owner and staff were friendly and had helpful ideas for things to do. It was a charming, quiet spot for a getaway. My one room complaint is that the separate sleeping area was very cramped, so I'd give the room four out of five.

The location made it easy to get to Willamette Valley wineries and attractions, while the property still felt tucked away and private. The grounds were beautifully kept, and there was a calm, scenic feel throughout. We found the stay comfortable, with thoughtful amenities and a nice mix of elegance and ease. The staff really made the difference. They were warm, attentive, and offered personal suggestions along with little considerate touches. We came for a wine country escape and left feeling like we'd had a special time. I'd happily come back, whether for tasting, a romantic break, or just a chance to relax.

We stayed in early September ’24, and Henry and the staff made it a great visit. The room was spotless, with wonderfully soft linens and wool floors that felt great underfoot. Breakfast arrived each day, and we also enjoyed Nespresso in the room and coffee in the lobby. There were lovely pastries for my husband, plus yogurt and gluten-free choices for me. We'll stay here again when we return to Willamette.

Fabio's thoughtful, welcoming service made our visit memorable. He went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed and helped us feel at home. The rooms were immaculate, the amenities were excellent, and the atmosphere was peaceful. We loved staying at The Setting Inn and plan to return. Thanks to Fabio and the whole team.
