The pool was still spotless and circulating, but the heat was off and the area was kept at 56 degrees. They said it was closed for maintenance before Thanksgiving, and it was still closed when I came at Christmas. It seemed like they simply didn't want to heat it during winter. This was my second holiday stay, and they won't get my business again. A man also died by suicide here on Christmas Day.

Kati does a great job, even with the front desk also handling breakfast and keeping it stocked. The bed was soft and the sheets and pillows were adequate. Our room was clean, though it needs some updating, and there was a big water stain on the ceiling that should be repaired. I'd stay again, even though it's not a five-star place.

The pool was clean and had plenty of seats, a nice way to cool off after a long day. Our room was fresh smelling, clean, and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious with a good range of choices. The staff were the best, professional and quick to go out of their way whenever I needed something. I'd recommend this place without hesitation, five out of five.

The rooms were clean, but the bed was so uncomfortable it needs replacing. The coffee station was a mess whenever I saw it, and the creamer had run out.
