For what it costs, I expected breakfast, and there wasn’t any. The shower also barely had hot water or pressure. This definitely wasn’t one of the better hotels I’ve stayed in, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The room had a strong cleaner smell, but the property itself was nice, with woods and a lake to explore behind it.

The room was good and the location was great, but the whole stay turned into a mess because no one gave us the information we needed. I’d booked by phone because we were staying near family whose relative was having cancer surgery at City of Hope, and we’d been told a discount might be available for families being seen there. Every penny helps. They initially reserved only one night, then told me they couldn’t extend it and I had to make a second reservation. At check-in, I explained the situation. The front desk clerk confirmed the second reservation and said we could keep the same room, since we’d be at the hospital all day. I checked again with the male desk clerk as we left the next morning, and he said the same thing. After a long day at City of Hope, we came back locked out of the room. Neither clerk had mentioned that we needed to check in again. When I asked for a manager around 4:30-4:40, they had conveniently just left. The discount wasn’t applied, and neither was my IHG account. From start to finish, dealing with this hotel was a nightmare.

We had a good stay and I’d come back. The staff were friendly and professional, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom roomy with a full-size shower. Our spacious, very clean room had a kitchen stocked with what we needed to cook, including a two-burner stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, full fridge and freezer, and an ice maker. I did miss having a continental breakfast. Other extended-stay hotels we’ve used in Newnan offered one, though this place does have a first-floor pantry where you can buy food and drinks to microwave in your room. Getting out of the parking lot can be a little tricky because of the location and traffic.
