I've been staying here off and on for work for two years, and it's the only hotel I use when I'm in town. The rooms are always clean and well stocked, and everyone is super nice. There's plenty of parking, plus a clean pool area and gym. A steakhouse and other places to eat are within walking distance. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Newnan GA.

Being here feels like coming home. They promise a great stay and really deliver, even making special arrangements for me and my family. The people are exceptional. A blessing, and five stars from me! 🙌

We'd stayed here a few times before and were surprised to see how much better it's getting. Whoever owns the hotel now is doing a very good job. My wife noticed how clean the room was and said it smelled pleasant. Please keep it up so we can keep staying with confidence. The hotel is close to a gas station and restaurants that are within walking distance.

The next day there was still no hot water. I needed a shower and don't do cold plunges, and I smelled almost as bad as the maintenance staff. Please fix this basic necessity. During the stay, the showers were ice cold in the middle of winter, and there were roaches crawling on our things. The one framed 4x3in picture on the wall, with its nonsensical quotes, was distracting too. If you like roaches and no hot water, this is the place for you.

I don't have pets, and the room smelled like a dog had been living in it for months. The room itself was okay overall, but that smell was just too much when you don't have pets indoors.
