The place was quiet and clean, including the rooms, hallways, and elevators, and room service was excellent. The staff were attentive and always ready to help when I needed something. Mel was amazing, with the best hotel service I've experienced in a long time. Adam also did a great job keeping the building clean and safe.

I stayed here long term and had a great experience. The location near the airport and the 73/55/405 made it easy to get around fast, and I never ran into traffic problems. My room was great, and when anything needed fixing or I had a concern, staff responded promptly. Elizabeth and her team kept it very clean and helped me right away. The front desk crew, Joann, Jay, Alex, and Mel, were AWESOME. They were accommodating and greeted me by name, making it feel more like staying in someone's home than in a big hotel. I'm disappointed I couldn't stay longer, but I'll definitely stay with that team again.

Mel made me feel valued right from the moment I walked in. She was attentive, took time to answer all my questions, and offered recommendations that made my stay better. Her warmth and real willingness to help stood out, as did her attention to detail. It's rare to meet someone so dedicated to service. Thanks to Mel, I left feeling appreciated as well as satisfied. Thank you for the outstanding care, Mel. You're a real asset to the team, and I'd recommend asking for her if you want great help at this hotel.

The stay was inconvenient, and I hope the hotel improves its cleanliness and preparedness for guests. The lobby and bathroom had a strong, unpleasant smell, like someone had been smoking nearby. Basic utensils, kitchen items, and toiletries weren't already in the room, so we had to ask repeatedly for even essential things.
