I’m into my second week here while repairs are going on at my condo. The room is clean and well equipped, and the heating and air conditioning work great with controls right in the room. Breakfast is included, and the coffee is great. The prices are budget friendly, too. It may not be a five-star hotel, but the staff are friendly and helpful and give five-star service.

We changed rooms, but the new one smelled dirty, so my wife and I sat there fully dressed until morning and got no sleep. The first room was dated and musty, and there were roaches. When we told the front desk attendant, she asked, “Well, do you want me to go in there and kill it?” I absolutely can’t recommend this place.

The front desk guy said he’d give me a full refund and would handle it through Expedia, since that’s how we’d paid. Days later, when the refund still hadn’t come, I called and they refused to honor it through Expedia. We’d booked one night a couple of weeks earlier, but the room smelled musty, wasn’t very clean, and had a mouse. This was a waste of time and money. Avoid it.

The city is nice and the location is good, but the area around the toilet smelled like urine. I know you get what you pay for with hotels, but the place still didn’t need to be this bad. I won’t return and wouldn’t recommend staying here if you want more than somewhere to crash for the night.
