From the Lady Catherine room we had ocean views, and the room and shared bathroom were beautifully furnished. There were plenty of linens, pillows, towels, and little amenities. Just a couple of minutes’ walk takes you to the Nye Beach overlook, with lots of good shops and restaurants nearby. The hostess was exceptional, and the breakfast, mid-afternoon appetizers, and homemade cookies were all delicious and well prepared. We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Victorian. I can’t recommend this B&B enough, thanks for an amazing experience!

We were welcomed with tasty shrimp cocktail, and there were delicious cupcakes to enjoy too. Our third-floor room was cozy and full of character, and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was enormous, with possibly the best hash browns I’ve ever had. We had a lovely night at the Grand Victorian, a gorgeous house right on Nye Beach and just steps from the fun shops and restaurants. Thank you so much, Eileen, for sharing your space with guests in such a delightful, welcoming way.

The house worked beautifully for our friend's small wedding, and Nye Beach was close by for photos after the ceremony. My husband and I stayed at the Grand Victorian for the day. There are three bedrooms for the couple's immediate family: two on the middle floor sharing a bathroom, and a suite upstairs with a huge bathroom, a little sitting area, and a small ocean-view balcony. The antiques give the place a tasteful look, but it still feels comfortable and homey. The proprietors were kind and accommodating, went out of their way to help, and still gave everyone space. We came back to the house to cut the cake, and my friends said breakfast the next morning was fantastic. I'd recommend it for a coastal weekend or another wedding.

We'd recommend the Grand Victorian to anyone, and this was our second stay. The rooms are lovely and decorated so cutely. It's close to the beach, with nice shops and restaurants within walking distance. The proprietor is warm and pleasant, and made our group an excellent tea. The food and atmosphere were perfect.

We celebrated our 12th anniversary here, and the hosts made the occasion feel special. I called ahead to ask about flowers for my wife, and they were waiting in the room, beautiful. We stayed in the Victorian suite, which was fantastic, with a relaxing Jacuzzi tub and a great view. The home itself is beautiful, the hosts are friendly, and breakfast had plenty of options. I'd highly recommend this bed and breakfast. You won't be disappointed.
