Liz was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious each morning, with something different every day. Snacks were also available throughout the day. We spent three nights in the Kay room, which had a comfortable king bed, a private outdoor porch, plenty of closet space, and a large bathroom with a jacuzzi and one of the best showers we’ve had. The Hilltop Inn is very well located and has free parking. We loved our stay and highly recommend it for Newport.

We had the ground-floor room and really liked how spacious the bathroom was. The shower pressure was life-changing, and our friends in the other rooms said the same. We had the best time at the Hilltop Inn and will absolutely return.

We booked on a last-minute whim to spend the day in Newport, and the accommodations turned out to be such a lovely surprise. The rooms were more spacious than we expected, and breakfast hit the spot. The building has the grace and grandeur of its turn-of-the-century design, with modern updates that made for a clean, comfortable stay. Liz manages the property and was warm and kind, greeted us when we arrived, and answered all our questions. We’ll recommend Hilltop Inn to friends visiting Newport. A real gem. Thank you, Liz!

We’ve stayed here for years, and every visit has been delightful. The rooms are beautiful, with fireplaces and Jacuzzi tubs, and some have balconies. Breakfast is fantastic, and so is the hospitality.

The staff were nice, and it’s a short walk into downtown. Breakfast was delicious, and they included a gluten-free option when requested. The cozy, comfortable room had a jacuzzi tub and fireplace. I had a wonderful time at Hilltop Inn and would highly recommend it.
