What keeps us coming back year after year is the staff. Jay and Hunter are warm, attentive, and truly care about making the stay a good one. We've been at Pelham Court Hotel for more than 15 years, and the rooms remain clean, spacious, and comfortable. It's also easy to walk to everything Newport has to offer. A lovely mix of hospitality and consistency.

We parked on site and never needed the car, since the shops, bars, and restaurants were just around the corner and we even walked to the mansions. Our family of seven had plenty of room in the three-floor suite, with all the bedrooms and bathrooms, plus a great kitchen and family room for movie night. The hotel is cozy, very clean, and sits on a quiet street in a perfect spot. Bonnie, Hunter, and Jay were so helpful with check-in updates, restaurant suggestions, and anything else we needed. We loved staying at Pelham Court Hotel and can't wait to return.

The team checked in every day to see whether we needed anything, and they replied quickly and made sure we were comfortable. It felt homey, clean, and safe, and parking was easy. The location lets you walk to everything while still being tucked away from the crowds. We had a better stay at Pelham Court Hotel than we expected, and we'll be back.

Hunter handled our last-minute reservation changes so helpfully and went out of his way to make sure we were happy. We're really looking forward to visiting Pelham Court Hotel and its kind staff soon. Thanks, Hunter!

Hunter, Bonnie, and the rest of the team did all they could to make us comfortable, and we're already looking forward to coming back. Our one-bedroom suite was clean and nicely decorated, with comfortable beds and a kitchen stocked for quick meals. The location puts you close to all the action in Newport. We had a wonderful vacation at PCH and would book again with confidence.
