We stayed in the Newport Suite, and it had great open space and a spot where a baby could sleep privately. If they’re walking, you can always bring a gate. The place is clean, cozy, and quaint, with a great location where you can walk to almost everything. Breakfast was excellent, the bed had lots of cozy pillows, and parking was provided. The staff were pleasant too. I came across this lovely hidden secret during high tea, and we’ll definitely be back.

Three years ago, during a snowy trip to Newport, this B&B was a perfect place to return to each night. Susan and Bill made us feel at home, with delicious breakfasts and Port left in the tea room each evening. Since it was our anniversary, they also left champagne and CDs in our room. They even cleared the snow off our car after the storm. We’d gladly stay again if we make another trip to Newport.

My mother and I went to the Spring Seasons Inn for their Mother's Day tea in the tea room, and it suited the occasion perfectly. The atmosphere and food were wonderful, and the ladies were so friendly and helpful. We adored it!
