Holiday Inn Express Newton Falls by IHG

Easy to get on and off the Turnpike, with clean, quiet rooms at a moderate price and pleasant staff. Breakfast is available, with a good mix of hot and cold options. The pool is quite small. There isn’t much else at this Turnpike exit, so bear that in mind.

The hotel was spotless, and we’d happily stay again. We’re here tonight because it’s one of the few places near where we’re headed in the morning, and we’re grateful we found it. The night clerk, Amanda, was amazing and probably deserves a raise. When the microwave plate fell out and shattered, she came to sweep up, then returned with a vacuum to make sure the floor was safe. The front desk was busy, but she still helped us while watching for new customers. We had a nice conversation, and she offered to help with anything we needed.

The pool was so warm and breakfast was delicious. The rooms were nicely decorated and everything was so clean. The staff were very kind and accommodating. Thank you!

After a 580-mile drive, having a gravel lot beside the far end of the hotel lot for my truck was really convenient. The location right by the interstate is great, and simplicity matters to me. Check-in was made a pleasure by Addy, who was personable, knew her job well, and made the experience feel human. The room was immaculate and smelled as clean as it looked. I rarely eat breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. I’d recommend this place to other travelers without hesitation.
