The Station at Newtown Square

After moving in about two weeks earlier, I was already happy here. The apartments are gorgeous and well maintained, the amenities are fantastic for the price, and the people are kind. I enjoy the leasing office team and the maintenance staff. I'd paid for a year and planned to stay longer. Update: I suddenly needed a two-bedroom apartment within a month. I really didn't want to leave The Station, though I had a few nearby places in mind in case nothing opened up. I went to the leasing office, I think the next day, and explained what I needed. Bernadette said there might be an apartment available and she'd do her best to get it for me. A few days later she told me she'd found one. A few weeks after that, I moved in with the movers they recommended, who were fantastic. Moving is stressful, but they did everything they could to make it smooth. I'm very glad I didn't have to leave The Station.

The social opportunities and shared spaces give the community a family feeling, and it's clean and safe. As a retired, single grandmother, I feel the Station experience exceeds expectations. Management and staff pay attention to small needs, keep the property and grounds to a high standard, and enforce the rental agreement rules to help the community stay at its best. Highly satisfied. It doesn't get any better.

Living at The Station was a great experience, and I'd definitely recommend it. I especially appreciated the elevator access to every floor, nearby shops, and how quiet and safe the area feels. The pool and gym were clean and well maintained, and community events helped make the place welcoming. Maintenance was always quick to respond. A special shout-out to Eric, who does an amazing job keeping the building spotless. He's always friendly and kind, and especially sweet to my 3 year old.

I came from Los Angeles, CA on a company-arranged 6-month lease in a fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment. I haven't been away from home for this long before, so it'll take a little adjustment, but my experience so far has been great. Aaron helped me a lot: he gave me a tour, answered my many questions about the complex, and was very attentive whenever I needed help with the unit. Some basic things seemed to be missing, and he personally brought them over almost immediately. The community room in the main 7000 building looks comfortable for up to 30 people. It has a pool table, 6 pool sticks, and multiple TVs with remotes so you can pick the channel. Next to it are a meeting room and shared office space with a printer and plenty of paper. Just remember to sign out of your accounts and shift+delete your stuff. After hours, enter by the door near the central BBQ area, not the main entrance you use when you first arrive. There's also a gym with a considerable amount of equipment, open 24/7, and towels are available if you don't bring your own. For EV charging, they have Chargepoint stations in the underground gated garage. You'll need remote fob access to get in and an account to use the chargers. An assigned spot there costs extra; otherwise, parking is in the lots around the complex, really just in front of the main building entrance. Each building has several delivery carts right at the entrance for groceries, large packages, or other heavy or oversized things. Just bring them back when you're done. They've come in handy many times. It's a great location, and I'd gladly invite friends and family to visit.
