Comfort Inn & Suites Niagara Falls Blvd USA

We found a good rate on the hotel's website, with a decent discount that made it less expensive than the other booking sites. For the price, we had a really pleasant three-night stay in October. The location felt safe, with shops and restaurants nearby, and it was an easy short drive to Niagara Falls state park. The staff at the desk and the room service people were helpful. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean, and the beds were comfortable with nice linens. They don’t do housekeeping every day, but we had no trouble getting extra towels and supplies. Coffee, tea, and hot cocoa were available throughout the day and evening. Breakfast had a nice variety and was good, though the area is smaller than at most hotels and can get crowded. Most days it was fine, and there’s also a Tim Horton's Coffee & Bakery just down the street for another breakfast option. Great value, nice people, and a good location. We’d definitely stay again if we’re back in the area.

The breakfast was excellent, with different meats and eggs each day, plus waffles, cereal, pastries, milk, and three kinds of juice. They also put out cookies in the afternoon for guests checking in, and the office staff were very attentive. The hotel and outdoor area were clean and felt safe. The heated indoor pool still felt cool to the touch, though the children didn’t seem to mind. The shower was passable, but the water saving shower head didn’t provide enough pressure for a first-class shower. I stayed with my family for three nights in October, and I’d stay here again. A very nice hotel.

We love this hotel. This was our second stay, and we always choose it when we come to Niagara Falls. The staff are friendly, the rooms are a nice size, and everything is clean every time.

The location was handy, close to shops and restaurants, and about 15 minutes from Niagara Falls. The bed sheets were clean and there were enough towels, but the breakfast was just so-so. The rooms felt very old, and I even found trash under the curtains. I could also hear a lot of noise from the room upstairs.
