Travelodge Niagara Falls

The pictures on the website are fake, and this place was nasty and disgusting. We arrived at 2 a.m., exhausted after driving all day, and had no other option because we'd made reservations ahead of time. Trash was still sitting at every door the next morning when we left. It seemed there was no maid service at all. You'd be better off sleeping in your car. This place is a complete sham, and I'd give it zero stars if I could.

Our October 11-12, 2025 stay was extremely disappointing. I was there with my 1.5-year-old baby and my parents, and even basic service was missing. The phone line was switched off or disconnected, and no staff were around from 6:30 to 9:00 AM. I called more than 50 times and waited outside the office for 30 minutes without getting an answer or seeing anyone. I ended up walking to a 7-Eleven to get milk and warm water for my baby. The first room smelled strongly of smoke. I asked to switch rooms because I had a baby, but the staff ignored me. The second room was also poor: leftover food was in the fridge, there were no towels, and housekeeping was inadequate. The lack of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer support made the stay stressful and unsafe for my family. One of my worst hotel experiences. I wouldn't recommend it, especially to families or anyone expecting basic service.

I'd give it 6/10. The room was acceptable, with a firm bed and slightly dated décor, though nothing was damaged. The shower wasn't tall enough for me at 6'4. I'd stay again.

We left after just 45 minutes, and our anniversary weekend was ruined. It was the most disgusting place I've ever tried to stay in. The rooms didn't look like the website photos, and the place felt like something out of the horror movie vacancy. The rooms were joined together, there was no toilet paper, and a fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling by its wires. The people they called staff, or volunteers, who cleaned the rooms were the final reason we checked out immediately. They were using Target shopping carts and said they did that so they wouldn't have to collect cans and bottles for money. They also said they had master keys to all the rooms, which made us uncomfortable leaving our belongings while we went out. We packed up and left. The manager didn't seem to care and talked in Arabian on his cell phone while we stood in front of him asking for our money back. Thankfully, after a week of calls to the motel and Booking.com, we got reimbursed. Disgusting, dirty, and sketchy. If I could give negative stars, I would.
