Four Points By Sheraton Niagara Falls

Our room looked out over the river, and the view was amazing. The hotel was beautiful, with comfortable beds and plenty of lighting in the room. The A/C units were high-tech, and the pool area was nice. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were in small dispensers in the shower. This was the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in.

We had a double room on the river side at Four Points, and it was clean, well kept, and really nice. The view was good, though from the fourth floor much of it was blocked by the roof of the connected rooms. Staff were friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The indoor heated pool was great; we had it to ourselves for a while and nobody bothered us. The fitness room was fine for a quick workout while away from a proper gym. The bar was nice, and the bartender was sociable. The bathroom could have been better: the shower wasn't draining properly at first, though that was a quick fix. A very nice stay, and I'd come back if I'm in the area again.

We had a fantastic river view from our clean, newly updated room. The hotel made it easy to travel with our dogs, and I liked that it's both pet friendly and a nicer property. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was large and clean, though a hot tub would make it perfect. It's near the casino and the falls, and the rooms were much cleaner than the casino's while costing a lot less.

I’ve stayed here many times since it’s in my hometown, and earlier visits were great: the food was amazing, the hotel was clean, and our room had a lovely river view. This most recent stay was a different story. At check-in, they wouldn’t give us the river-view room shown in the pictures, saying special arrangements had already been made for the other guests. It felt like false advertising, and I wondered if that was even true. The staff were also rude when I asked the manager by phone if I could add my AAA number after booking. They refused, and our friends had booked the exact same room for $35 less. Now there’s also a charge to park, which is ridiculous and would put me off staying again. The service on this visit gets two stars from me, despite the good experiences before.
