Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Niagara Falls

Breakfast was varied and delicious, and the attendant kept things stocked and clean while checking that guests were doing okay. We also appreciated the 24-hour coffee and tea. When we arrived, the employees welcomed us warmly with cookies and muffins, a nice touch. The room was comfortable and a decent size. The common areas seemed clean, though a couple of things in our room had been missed: the mirror wasn't fully clean, and there were fingerprints on the shower glass. Apart from those details, we had a very pleasant stay. For what we paid, it was a great choice.

Parking was the one problem. The place was full for a cheerleading competition, and although we couldn't get a spot and had to park on the road, we were charged $9 a night for both nights. The location was great, the staff were outstanding, and I still recommended the place after a great stay. Update: On February 11 2026, we got the parking refund. Thanks to the owner and staff for making that right. It's hard to find honest, upstanding businesses these days. You can't go wrong staying here. I'd give you 10 stars if I could. The staff I met were all friendly, and breakfast was free and really good. The rooms were comfortable, with nice beds, and the property feels fairly new. It's a short distance from the Falls. No complaints, I'd recommend it.

We had a wonderful long weekend with the family. The staff even went out of their way to help find my nephew's stuffy after it went missing during a bedding change. The location made it easy to get to the State Park and cross into Canada. Our clean, updated rooms and bathrooms were great, and breakfast had lots of choices and was always good. There were often snacks by the front desk to grab on the way out. Thanks for a lovely stay!
