Everything is pretty close to the motel. The woman was nice and even suggested we watch the fireworks at the falls. She returned our deposit without any trouble. We stayed Friday to Sunday, and our only complaint was that the beds were hard. We didn't see any bed bugs. Checkout was 10:30, though the room said 11, so we checked to make sure.

The service was awful, and the woman was rude with a lot of unnecessary attitude. The room was too small and in bad shape, with used cups left out and a clogged bathtub. I wouldn't book this motel again, even in my worst dreams. I'd pay a little more for a better experience and stay somewhere else.

The area was quiet, which made it easy to get a good night's sleep, and the room was clean, cozy, and roomier than I expected for the price. Check-in was quick. The Falls Motel is conveniently located a short drive from the falls and other attractions, with plenty of parking. Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout my stay, too. It's an affordable, comfortable choice, and I'd stay here again.

After a six-hour drive, I arrived in the middle of the night with nowhere to stay. I had a confirmed reservation through Expedia, but the receptionist said there were no rooms available. She was extremely rude and dismissive, told me to take it up with the booking system, and asked me to leave instead of helping or offering a solution. When Expedia support called the motel to sort it out, she wouldn't answer. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I strongly advise avoiding this place.
