Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino

I had a good time on my first visit, even though I didn’t win. I played for a while and would recommend the casino. We didn’t stay in the rooms. There’s also a small convenience store inside with cheap cigarettes, just one generic kind, but still worth it. Clint was helpful and really friendly. Jeremiah at the casino door was amazing too, and we chatted for quite a while. I enjoyed his company.

I found smoke throughout Seneca Niagara Hotel, including places that are supposed to be non-smoking. It made the stay uncomfortable and hard to enjoy. I know casinos may allow smoking in some sections, but those areas need better controls so smoke doesn’t spread through the hotel and common spaces. I hope the hotel finds a way to manage this better and make the environment cleaner and more comfortable for guests.

My husband and I checked in on 3/5/2026 for a corner jacuzzi suite, but our night turned into one of us getting sick after another. I felt ill after only one plate at the buffet and threw up in its bathroom. Back in the room, my husband started feeling sick too, and we spent the night throwing up. We didn’t get to enjoy the jacuzzi, the Sabres watch party, or our time together. At checkout, they offered only $50 against our $300 room bill. When I called today, I was told that without a players card to track our spending, $50 was all they could offer. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

For our 20th anniversary, my wife and I spent two days at Seneca Niagara Casino. The room was clean and nice, with a good view toward the falls. We had a lovely meal at the casino Italian restaurant: my wife had soup and I ordered lasagna, and both were great. Our server was polite and attentive. We chose not to request housekeeping during the stay, though we could have, and they could clean after we checked out. Breakfast at Three sisters in the Seneca casino hotel was disappointing as a buffet. The next day my wife ordered an omelette from the menu and enjoyed it. I had stuffed French toast, which wasn’t very good. At one meal, the server asked for my ID when I paid, even though no one had asked the day before to verify I owned the debit card. The elevator security check was odd too: you have to tap a device at the desk before riding, but some guards asked us to do it and others didn’t. The woman at checkout was rude and didn’t greet us in the morning. Still, we had a good time and enjoyed the stay, even with a few disappointments.
