The room had been supplied with fresh soaps and towels, so someone had apparently decided it was ready for guests. I can't understand that. The floor was covered in toenail clippings, dirt, and debris, there was hair and grime in the jacuzzi, a stain on the shower curtain, a spill mark on the shower wall, and a clump of hair in the drain. I also found a sticky patch beside the bed, stained pillowcases with hair on them, food under the mattress pad, and some kind of stain on the dresser under the TV. I checked in and lasted about 30 minutes. When I told the front desk, they couldn't send a cleaner, so I borrowed supplies and swept and cleaned some of the jacuzzi myself. Then I came to my senses, returned the supplies, and demanded my money back. We didn't sleep there. I waited five days for a response and got none. Whenever I call, management is unavailable. They took my money and treated me like I could just get lost. Absolutely deplorable. I have photos of all this.

We came to a hotel in our own town for one night so the kids could swim, but the room was disgusting. There was sticky debris all over the floor, the toilet seat was filthy, and the nightstand had something sticky on it. I wiped it and the cloth came away black. The blankets were stained and the sink was dirty too. I complained and they moved us, only for the next room to be dirty as well. On the floor by the fridge was what looked like half a pill or some kind of drug. I felt uncomfortable and itchy, slept until 3 a.m., then had to leave. I'm surprised there weren't bugs. This place needs a change in housekeeping or something. I definitely wouldn't recommend it, especially for families with kids.

They were great about letting us cancel one of our rooms, and the people were nice. The room itself was another story. The bathroom door looked like it had old blood on it, the bed skirt was gross and had who knows what on it, and the curtains weren't clean either. I also couldn't find the hot tub shown in the pictures. There seemed to be burgers in the lampshade, though maybe it was just that room.

The floor was badly warped and lifting in places, which made it a serious trip hazard. Since I'm disabled and struggle with balance, I didn't feel safe. The sheets were deeply wrinkled and the pillowcases were stained. I had to buy a flat stopper for the tub to take a bath, and afterward the only towels were tiny, thin pool towels with blue stripes. I'm grateful to have had a bed, but this room wasn't worth what I paid. I won't return.

Gross, gross, gross. The sheets had mold and holes, the trash cans were dirty and had no liners, and the shower curtain was moldy and smelled. The floor was sticky and all the lamps were dusty. I still felt dirty after showering. I spent $130 because it was cheap, and that's about what you get. The breakfast room looked like a joke. Wouldn't recommend staying here.
