We chose the Red Coach Inn for our wedding, including a large dinner at the restaurant, and it made the whole occasion feel special. Being right beside Niagara Falls State Park was a lovely bonus. My bridal party and I got ready in one room, while my husband and his groomsmen used another. Both rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully cared for, just right for the day. Everyone on staff was kind, accommodating, and glad to help, so we always felt looked after. Between the rooms, restaurant, and service, the Inn played a big part in making our wedding unforgettable. We'd return in a heartbeat.

We came in December, and the room felt so cozy. The restaurant food was good, and our teens liked it too. I especially loved arriving late at night to find a simple plate of cheese, crackers, and fruit waiting in the fridge. It was a lovely start to the trip. Our room had a kitchenette, which made it a good option for a longer stay. The staff were excellent, especially at the restaurant. It's also a distinctive place to stay if you want to walk or bike around Goat Island.

We end every Christmas visit with Irish coffees and chocolate torte cake beside the real wood burning fireplace, and it's just perfect. The place has a cozy English style feel, lovely decorations, and views of the rapids. Kim was wonderful, starting as our bartender and then taking care of us as our server. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, the best service we've had anywhere. Dinner was excellent, and the peppermint patty martini felt just right for the holidays. We've made coming here a Christmas tradition, though this longtime restaurant deserves to be talked about more. A must visit in Niagara Falls.

We've stayed at the Red Coach Inn at least 15 times over the last 10 years whenever we're in the area, and it's always been a wonderful experience. The suites and rooms are fantastic, and breakfast is free and delicious. It's close to Niagara Falls State Park, which you can even see from some rooms.

We weren't hotel guests, but our own hotel's bartender recommended dinner here. Kim welcomed us at the bar, introduced herself, asked where we were from and what our names were, then promptly got us drinks. She suggested dishes and even introduced us to another couple she'd been looking after during their weeklong stay. Her food picks were excellent. We loved everything, especially the spot on French onion soup, spinach and artichoke dip, and poached pear salad with maple fig dressing. The building has a cool atmosphere, and Kim really knows the finer points of old school bartending. It's a lost art, and we appreciated it.
