Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Niagara Falls

Robert was a pleasure to deal with, and the hotel was clean, quiet, and well looked after. Breakfast isn’t fancy, but it’s good enough to fill you up and get the day started: scrambled eggs, toast, coffee, cereal, sausages, pancakes, and more. The Wi-Fi was strong and there was plenty of parking. The location worked really well for us: 15 minutes from the border crossing, 15 minutes from Beaver Island State Park, 2 minutes from Target, 5 minutes from Fashion Outlets, and 5 minutes from Walmart. Moe’s is right in front, Burger King is nearby, and there are several other eateries and multiple Indian restaurants.

The studio room had more storage than I expected, so there was plenty of space to unpack. It also came with a microwave, coffee pot, and fridge. It was quiet and very clean, and both the regular bed and the pull-out bed were comfortable. My kid said the pull-out was comfortable too. Breakfast came with the stay. It was simple, tasty, and kept stocked. The staff were friendly, and Robert was great with my kids at breakfast. We come to the area for a yearly event and will definitely stay here again next year.

The location was ideal, and the staff were really friendly. The room felt dated and was mostly clean, though I’m not sure it had been vacuumed after the previous guest or if the bathroom had been deep cleaned. There was paper in the shower drain and hair in the corner by the toilet. Still, the bed was clean and comfortable, so I’d stay again.

My husband and I loved staying here for our anniversary. We’d had a bad experience at the room we booked at another hotel, but when we called Microtel, they quickly helped us find a room. Everyone was super polite and attentive during our stay, and the breakfast selection was good and clean.
