Our King-bed suite had a kitchen, and the new hotel’s studio mini suites were clean and comfortable. A few things outside the room were disappointing: the lobby coffee tasted like colored water brewed through filter paper, and breakfast ended at 9:00 a.m. Maybe they assume people are at nearby Eglin AFB by 8:00, but it’s an awfully early cutoff. The desk clerks also seemed indifferent when I said good morning, good evening, or goodbye. Being gracious and showing some personality apparently costs extra, and nobody’s paid for it, so...

The bed was firm and comfortable, the water pressure was great, and the clean pool area was a nice place to relax. Breakfast was hot, with a good range of choices. My room was on the third floor facing the highway, so I could hear traffic, though it wasn’t loud enough to keep me from sleeping. Rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly. They also have daily activities, from music bingo to karaoke. I’d stay again.

The rooms were immaculate and well kept, and the breakfast area stayed clean and well stocked. The staff were great, and the location is just a few minutes from Eglin Air Force Base.

The rooms were very clean and quiet, and the service was good. My two complaints were the breakfast buffet, which wasn’t very good and was served cold, and the beds, which were extremely hard. We’ve stayed at a lot of Hilton hotels as Hilton Honors members.

I was here for work and really enjoyed the stay. The place was clean, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was hot and tasty. I’d stayed at a Homewood Suites the week before, which was supposed to be a step up, but I liked this Home2Suites better. The accommodations made me very happy.
